Compensation & Bonuses

	<li>REGIONAL Starting Pay: $27.50+ / hour (Paid for all working time, including loading, unloading, and wait/detention time)
	<li>OTR Starting Pay: $28.50+ / hour (Paid for all working time, including loading, unloading, and wait/detention time)
	<li>Guaranteed Hours: 160 hours guaranteed per month for reliable financial stability
	<li>Pay Frequency: Direct deposit every Friday
	<li>Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 (paid out quarterly)
	<li>Safety & Performance: Bi-annual performance and safety bonuses
	<li>Referral Bonus: $500.00 unlimited referral program (per referral who stays 90 days)

What You&apos;ll Do

<ul>
	<li>Haul high-value, consistent, year-round freight for the entertainment industry.
	<li>Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain fleet safety.
	<li>Maintain full ownership of the condition, safety, and operational readiness of your assigned tractor and trailers.
	<li>Utilize proper freight securement methods (including straps and load bars) to protect high-value cargo.
	<li>Provide professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and customers.
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
	<li>Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
	<li>Must be willing and ready to run OTR
	<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary for cargo securement/loading prep
	<li>Clean driving record with a commitment to highway safety and professionalism
