<p>Our client is seeking CDL B drivers to haul readymix concrete throughout the Syracuse, New York area. This local, home-daily position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and routes generally remaining within one hour of the plant.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $32.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience</li>
  <li>Weekly pay</li>
  <li>Monday through Friday schedule</li>
  <li>Occasional Saturday work, typically once or twice per year</li>
  <li>Typical start time between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., depending on business demand</li>
  <li>Approximately 8–10 hours per day</li>
  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Home daily</li>
</ul>

  <li>Operate front-discharge and rear-discharge concrete trucks safely and efficiently</li>
  <li>Verify that materials are properly mixed and have the correct slump before leaving the plant</li>
  <li>Complete assigned routes while maintaining safe operating practices</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>0+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Valid CDL B</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
  <li>Readymix concrete experience preferred; other experienced truck drivers may be considered and trained</li>
  <li>Manual transmission experience preferred</li>
</ul>
