<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations in Charlotte, NC. This position offers $25.00 hourly with steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Schedule: 7:00 AM / Monday-Friday</li>
    <li>Pay: $25.00 hourly</li>
    <li>Hours per week: 40</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Day routes, 8-10 stops</li>
    <li>Freight / Load Type: Paper / Packaging Freight</li>
    <li>Handling: Light Touch / No Touch routes</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate equipment on routes</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Electronic logging device experience required</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Able to operate a manual transmission preferred</li>
</ul>
