<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking Regional CDL A Drivers based in Elkhart, Indiana. In this role, you will deliver truck caps to dealers throughout the Midwest using curtainside trailers. This opportunity offers consistent regional routes, light freight handling, and dedicated support from the TransForce team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>$27.00 per hour</li>
  <li>Approximately 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Sunday through Friday schedule</li>
  <li>Typical shift: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.</li>
  <li>Drivers typically depart Sunday and arrive at the first stop Monday morning</li>
  <li>Usually home Thursday evening, although some weeks may extend into Friday</li>
  <li>Typically out in the truck approximately five days per week</li>
  <li>Regional routes based out of Elkhart, Indiana, with deliveries throughout the Midwest</li>
  <li>Temp-to-perm opportunity</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Deliver truck caps safely and efficiently to dealers throughout the Midwest</li>
  <li>Operate curtainside trailers and Class A equipment</li>
  <li>Use an impact drill to unclamp products at delivery locations</li>
  <li>Close and secure the curtain after unloading</li>
  <li>Perform light freight handling during deliveries</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL A</li>
  <li>2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Ability to safely perform light freight handling</li>
  <li>Ability to safely use an impact drill during deliveries</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
