<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>
<p>Our client is seeking CDL A Route Drivers to haul refrigerated food products to stores. This position requires unloading of products using a lift gate, hand carts, and u-boats. Each driver will have a helper on every route.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay &amp; Schedule</strong></h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay is $341.60 per day for a 5-day schedule or $356.50 per day for a 4-day schedule</li>
    <li>Dispatch times start at 1 PM</li>
    <li>10-12 hours per day</li>
    <li>Days off are either Friday &amp; Saturday, Sunday &amp; Monday, or Tuesday, Wednesday, &amp; Thursday</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local</li>
    <li>Freight: Refrigerated food products</li>
    <li>Equipment: 42-48’ trailers with automatic transmissions</li>
    <li>Handling: Unloading required using lift gate and hand carts</li>
    <li>Stops: 16-20 stops per day covering NJ, DE, and eastern PA</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
    <li>Transport refrigerated food products to designated locations</li>
    <li>Unload products using appropriate equipment</li>
    <li>Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules</li>
    <li>Maintain communication with dispatch</li>
    <li>Follow all safety and compliance regulations</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience</li>
    <li>CDL A license required</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
