<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking an experienced CDL A Flatbed Driver to support dedicated OTR operations based in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay:</strong> $28 per hour, plus benefits
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Leave Sunday AM to Tuesday/Wednesday - Home - Thursday to Friday - Home Friday PM
	<li><strong>Start Time:</strong> Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
	<li><strong>Route Schedule:</strong> Home weekly

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Dedicated OTR deliveries
	<li><strong>Freight:</strong> Flatbed freight
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Flatbed
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> Light-touch freight handling, including securing loads with straps and unloading
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes
	<li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards
	<li>Secure loads properly using straps and other required equipment
	<li>Unload freight as needed (sometimes required using Moffett or boom truck)
	<li>Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>No endorsements required
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
