Non-CDL/CDL B Delivery Driver - Local - $22.66 Per Hour

We are currently seeking Non-CDL or CDL B Drivers for our client in Louisville, Kentucky. This position offers a pay rate of $22.66 per hour and involves delivering to grocery stores. 

About the Position

The Non-CDL/CDL B Driver will be responsible for delivering freight directly to grocery stores, ensuring timely and efficient service. The routes typically start between 6 PM and 7:30 PM and can involve shifts of up to 12 hours, depending on volume. This role requires handling touch freight, including palletized freight and carts.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22.66 per hour
• Schedule: Rotating schedules, 2-3 days off per week 
• Shifts: Night shifts starting between 6 PM and 7:30 PM

Job Details

• Route Type: Local

• Equipment: 26-foot box truck with liftgate
• Handling: Palletized freight and carts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver freight to grocery stores' front doors
• Handle palletized freight by taking totes off pallets and using a dolly
• Use liftgate to transport carts into the back coolers
• Return any empties as needed
• Rotate weekends as part of a 7-day operation

Minimum Requirements

• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Valid Driver's License or CDL B
• Valid DOT Med card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
