TransForce is seeking CDL-A Drivers to support regional operations based in Myerstown, PA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 
 
CDL-A Direct Hire Driver Details: 
<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Driver will work Mon-Fri / 6 am start time, will be out all week, home weekends. After training, the driver may take the equipment home. 
	<li>Pay: $75k-$110k per year
	<li>Route Type: Regional
	<li>Freight / Load Type: Furniture   
	<li>Equipment: CDL-A tractor-trailer, dry van, automatic
	<li>Handling: Heavy touch
</ul>
 
CDL-A Direct Minimum Requirements: 

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL-A  
	<li>Experience: at least 9 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. 
	<li>Endorsements: None
	<li>Equipment Experience: CDL-A tractor-trailer experience, 
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
 
CDL-A Driver Responsibilities: 

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate equipment on regional or local routes
	<li>Transport furniture to different commercial and residential customer locations in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
	<li>Light touch position, drivers will assist with loading/unloading as needed. Will unload products by hand (rolling cages) or using a hand cart/dolly if needed.
