<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking a full-time, local CDL A Flatbed Driver to deliver underground utility products throughout the local area. This position involves transporting pipe, tubing, valves, fittings, and related construction materials using tractor-trailers and straight trucks. Drivers are home daily and will be responsible for strapping freight only.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

  <li><strong>Overtime:</strong> Available after 40 hours</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Start Time:</strong> 7:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Complete local deliveries of pipe, tubing, valves, fittings, and underground utility products.</li>
  <li>Operate tractor-trailer and straight-truck equipment as needed.</li>
  <li>Assist with loading by placing 4x4s on the deck.</li>
  <li>Communicate loading preferences and placement instructions to the forklift operator.</li>
  <li>Secure freight with straps and ensure loads are properly prepared for transport.</li>
  <li>Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and loading personnel.</li>
  <li>Perform all duties safely and responsibly.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Valid CDL Class A license.</li>
  <li>Flatbed driving experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Ability to safely secure freight with straps.</li>
  <li>Ability to operate manual-transmission equipment.</li>
  <li>Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
