Position Type: Temp-to-Hire 
Pay: $23.00 per hour + Overtime After 40 Hours

 
Schedule

<ul>
	<li>Monday – Friday</li>
	<li>Start times vary between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM</li>
	<li>Typical shifts are 10–12 hours</li>
	<li>Optional Saturday shifts available</li>
</ul>

 
Job Details

<ul>
	<li>Local deliveries throughout the Phoenix metro area</li>
	<li>Freight includes wine, beer, Costco loads, paper products, and other commodities</li>
	<li>Drivers may be assigned Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed equipment</li>
	<li>Approximately 95% drop-and-hook freight</li>
	<li>Some loading and unloading may be required</li>
	<li>Monday Total Wine deliveries require strong backing skills</li>
	<li>Drivers must be comfortable navigating throughout the Valley</li>
</ul>

 
Requirements

<ul>
	<li>Valid Class A CDL</li>
	<li>Minimum 6 months of recent CDL A experience (1 year preferred)</li>
	<li>Strong backing skills</li>
	<li>Stable work history</li>
	<li>Clean/acceptable MVR</li>
	<li>Ability to perform occasional labor as needed</li>
</ul>
