Local CDL A Flatbed Driver - $25 Per Hour - Monday - Friday

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Elkton, FL.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm

• Pay:  $25 Per hour

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Load & Unload at warehouse, customer will unload at delivery site

• Equipment: Flatbed

• Handling: Touch freight pallet jack and forklift use, Driver should be willing to also work in warehouse if needed, wrapping pallets, forklift, general duties.

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including pallet jack and forklift use

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
