<p>This local CDL A Driver role is based in DeSoto, TX and pays $24.97 per hour. You will handle dedicated local delivery routes with light-touch freight and home-daily operation. This TransForce driving opportunity offers dedicated route work and support for drivers serving our client in DeSoto.</p>

<p>This role requires the ability to operate a manual transmission. Automatic-only restrictions cannot be accepted.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

	<li>Pay: $24.97 per hour - $1350/week, avg up to $1500/week.
	<li>Typically Tuesday-Saturday, with some Monday-Friday schedules available, usually evening start times
	<li>Drivers may be scheduled up to six days per week as operationally needed
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local routes that typically cover 250-300 miles from the terminal.
	<li>Complete assigned pickup, delivery, and relay routes for a time-sensitive automotive operation.
	<li>Handle light-touch freight and follow assigned delivery windows.
	<li>Communicate delays, ETA changes, and operational issues to dispatch.
	<li>Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
	<li>Ability to operate a manual transmission
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
