TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Regional Reefer Drivers to join a growing operation. This Direct Hire opportunity offers consistent refrigerated freight, modern automatic equipment, competitive component pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to earn additional income. 
Location: Janesville, Wisconsin 
CDL A Driver Details:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Schedule: Typically Saturday–Wednesday or Sunday–Thursday. Dispatch information is provided at least 24 hours prior to trip start. 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Pay: $0.65 per mile – Averaging 2,000-2,500 miles per week (more if desired)
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Additional Pay: 
	<ul style="list-style-type: circle;">
		<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Stop pay 
		<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Detention pay 
		<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Monthly fuel efficiency bonus 
		<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Opportunity to earn additional income through local pickups when Hours of Service (HOS) allow 
	</ul>
	
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Route Type: Regional
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Freight / Load Type: Refrigerated food (primarily cheese) 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Equipment: 2019 or newer Kenworth T680 automatic tractors with 53' reefer trailers utilizing Samsara ELD systems 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Loading: No loading or unloading required (no-touch freight). 
</ul>
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Valid CDL A license 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Minimum of 2 years of CDL A driving experience (insurance requirement) 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No endorsements required 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No at-fault accidents within the past 3 years 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No more than one moving violation within the past 12 months 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">No SAP history 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
</ul>
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Safely operate a tractor-trailer transporting refrigerated freight 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Deliver freight throughout assigned routes 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Maintain accurate electronic logs using Samsara 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and schedules 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Operate equipment safely while following all DOT and company policies 
</ul>
