<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to support local operations in Wilmington, North Carolina. This temp-to-perm position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, local routes with daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li>Overtime available after 40 hours</li>
  <li>Schedule: Monday through Friday</li>
  <li>Start time: Between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.</li>
  <li>Hours per week: 40</li>
  <li>Employment type: Temp to perm</li>
  <li>Anticipated start date: August 24, 2026</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

  <li>Safely operate CDL Class A equipment on local routes.</li>
  <li>Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.</li>
  <li>Perform required freight-handling tasks, including touch freight.</li>
  <li>Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL Class A license.</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>No endorsements required.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
