Local CDL A Truck Driver | $28 to $30 per hour plus OT | Fairfield, OH

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations based in Fairfield, OH. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: Day shift - 3am to 5am start, home daily
• Pay: $1,200 - $1,900/week
• Route Type: Local with occasional overnights in a hotel
• Freight / Load Type: Paper products
• Handling: Touch - pulling pallets off with a pallet jack & sometimes a 2 wheel dolly

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1 year of recent and verifiable driving experience 
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

• Safely operate equipment on local routes 
• Transport paper products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
• Meet the physical demands of the role
