<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<p>This CDL A hazmat driver role is based in Houston, Texas, and pays $30 per hour. The local route runs from Houston to Texas City and Baytown. This TransForce driving opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday route with local work in the Houston area.</p>

<p>This role requires a Hazmat endorsement, experience handling nuclear waste materials, knowledge of chemical compatibility, placarding, and completion of a six-hour paid safety course, which may be taken remotely.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>$30 per hour
	<li>Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
	<li>Home nightly
	<li>Local routes based in Houston, Texas
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Drive local routes between Houston, Texas City, and Baytown.
	<li>Transport 55-gallon and 30-gallon drums and totes containing nuclear waste materials.
	<li>Handle heavy-touch freight and placarding.
	<li>Apply knowledge of which chemicals may be transported together safely.
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
	<li>Hazmat endorsement
	<li>Experience handling nuclear waste materials
	<li>Knowledge of chemical compatibility requirements
	<li>Completion of a six-hour paid safety course
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
