TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for a full-time, year-round opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!

This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of transitioning qualified drivers to full-time employment with the customer once conversion requirements are met.

<h3>Position Details</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Monday through Friday schedule
	<li>Optional Saturday shifts available
	<li>10–12 hour shifts
	<li>Varied early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
	<li>$23.00 per hour
	<li>Overtime paid after 40 hours
	<li>Year-round work
	<li>Primarily local deliveries throughout the Phoenix Valley
</ul>

<h3>Equipment & Freight</h3>

<ul>
	<li>May operate Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed equipment
	<li>Freight may include:
	<ul>
		<li>Wine and beer
		<li>Costco freight
		<li>Paper products
		<li>General freight
	</ul>
	
	<li>Approximately 95% drop-and-hook
	<li>Some loading, unloading, or light labor may be required
	<li>Strong backing skills are required for certain deliveries
</ul>

<h3>Driver Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid Class A CDL
	<li>Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
	<li>1 year of experience preferred
	<li>Strong backing skills
	<li>Ability to navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley
	<li>Stable work history
	<li>Clean or acceptable MVR
	<li>Ability to perform occasional loading/unloading when required
</ul>
