<p>Our client is seeking CDL A OTR Drivers for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Colonial Heights, Virginia. This position offers no-touch freight, reliable weekly miles, and dedicated support from TransForce.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Pay rate: $0.65 per mile</li>
  <li>Estimated weekly gross pay: $1,500</li>
  <li>Average miles: 2,150 per week</li>
  <li>Hours: 40 per week</li>
  <li>Employment type: Temp to Perm</li>
  <li>Start date: July 27, 2026</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Route type: Over-the-road</li>
  <li>Freight: No-touch refrigerated freight</li>
  <li>Equipment: Reefer trailer and sleeper cab</li>
  <li>Typical routes include Louisville, Kentucky; Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio; Harmony, Pennsylvania; and possible routes in southern North Carolina</li>
  <li>Approximately 3–4 layovers per week</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on assigned OTR routes</li>
  <li>Transport refrigerated freight while following all applicable safety and transportation regulations</li>
  <li>Complete assigned routes and deliveries in a timely and professional manner</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively regarding shipment and route updates</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
