<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Dallas, TX. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Schedule: 70 hours per week, 2 weeks out, 3 days home time</li>
    <li>Pay: $0.62 per mile, increasing based on experience</li>
    <li>Per diem: $35 per night</li>
    <li>Tarp pay: $50 per tarp</li>
    <li>Detention and breakdown pay: $25 per hour after the first hour and a half</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: OTR to Midwest</li>
    <li>Freight / Load Type: Roofing and construction materials</li>
    <li>Equipment: New Mack Anthem, Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmissions</li>
    <li>Handling: Tarping and strapping</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes</li>
    <li>Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience (recent graduates accepted)</li>
    <li>Endorsements: None required</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
