CDL A Linehaul Driver - $28.50 Per Hour - OT

TransForce is seeking a CDL A linehaul driver to support local operations based in Kansas City, MO.

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Sun – Thurs or Mon-Fri, 12am Start time

• Pay: $28.50 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Local, KC run to Omaha every night to pick up a load & return 

• Freight / Load Type: Linehaul

• Equipment: Volvos & some leased tractors pulling 53’ dry van trailers 

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A  

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A on local routes 

• Transport CDL A dry van trailers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
