    <li>Schedule: Monday to Friday</li>
    <li>Start Time: 6 AM</li>
    <li>Hours per Week: 40</li>
    <li>Employment Type: Temp to Perm</li>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local</li>
    <li>Freight: HVAC supplies, including thermostats and industrial AC units</li>
    <li>Equipment: 26’ box truck with automatic transmission</li>
    <li>Handling: Customer unloading for larger items</li>
    <li>Stops: 12-15 stops per day</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate a CDL B box truck to deliver HVAC supplies</li>
    <li>Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to various locations</li>
    <li>Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delivery status</li>
    <li>Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
