Local CDL B Route Driver - $25 Per Hour - Overtime

TransForce is seeking a CDL B driver to support local operations based in Lubbock, TX. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL B Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Typically 7am - 7pm, may be required to start as early as 5am depending on the route needed

• Pay: $25 Per hour + Overtime 

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Medical equipment/supplies

• Handling: High touch, White glove delivery service

CDL B Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL B

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL B Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL B equipment on local routes 

• Transport medical equipment/supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including touch freight, white glove delivery service

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
