<p>We are hiring Yard Switchers in Montgomery, Alabama, offering $20 to $22 per hour. This role requires a CDL A or B with previous yard switching experience. This is a TransForce driving opportunity, providing real support from a dedicated team.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

	<li>Pay Rate: $21 to $22 per hour
	<li>Schedule: Monday through Friday
	<li>Shifts: 12-hour shifts from 6 am to 6 pm

<h3><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operating a yard truck with a 53' dry van trailer.
	<li>Performing yard switching duties with no-touch freight.
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Valid CDL A, CDL B</strong>
	<li><strong>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience</strong>
	<li><strong>Previous yard switching experience required</strong>
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
