<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking CDL-A Drivers to support Regional operations based in Riner, VA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $75k - $90k per year</li>
    <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 
        <ul>
            <li>Sun-Fri during peak season</li>
            <li>Mon-Fri during off-season</li>
            <li>Usually 2nd shift start times</li>
            <li>3-4 layovers per week on average during peak season (spring &amp; summer)</li>
            <li>2-3 layovers during off-season</li>
        </ul>
    </li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Regional</li>
    <li><strong>Freight / Load Type:</strong> Wholesale nursery/landscape supplies (plants, flowers, herbs, vegetables, etc.)</li>
    <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> CDL-A tractor trailer, dry van &amp; reefer, automatic</li>
    <li><strong>Handling:</strong> Light touch</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate equipment on regional or local routes</li>
    <li>Transport wholesale nursery products to landscapers, landscape contractors &amp; architects, independent garden centers, and distributors/re-wholesalers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Assist with loading/unloading as needed, using rolling cages or hand carts/dollies if required</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL-A</li>
    <li>Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
