<p>TransForce is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements for a dedicated, full-time opportunity serving customers throughout the Central Illinois region. This local position offers steady weekday hours, home-daily routes, and year-round work for safety-minded professionals who are comfortable handling physically demanding freight.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li>$31.00 per hour</li>
  <li>Full-time, dedicated opportunity</li>
  <li>Monday through Friday schedule</li>
  <li>Start time: 9:30 a.m.</li>
  <li>Average workday: 8–10 hours</li>
  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Home daily</li>
  <li>Anticipated start date: August 17, 2026</li>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Route type:</strong> Local routes throughout Central Illinois</li>
  <li><strong>Freight:</strong> Heavy-touch freight</li>
  <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Newer International tractors with automatic transmissions and 53-foot trailers equipped with lift gates</li>
  <li><strong>Handling:</strong> Load and unload freight using manual pallet jacks</li>
  <li><strong>Stops:</strong> Approximately 12–16 stops per day</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on local routes.</li>
  <li>Transport and deliver freight throughout the Central Illinois region.</li>
  <li>Load and unload heavy-touch freight using manual pallet jacks.</li>
  <li>Complete approximately 12–16 daily stops while maintaining accurate and timely deliveries.</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable safety procedures and DOT regulations.</li>
  <li>Perform repetitive loading and unloading activities in a physically demanding work environment.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A CDL.</li>
  <li>Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required.</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Ability to perform heavy-touch freight duties and repetitive loading and unloading activities.</li>
  <li>Forklift experience is helpful but not required.</li>
