TransForce is seeking  Class A Flatbed drivers for a Direct Hire position in Dalton, OH. 
 
CDL A Driver Details 
<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Monday- Friday home every weekend, 2-3 nights out per week 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Pay: $37.50 per hour, OT after 40 hours
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: Regional 400 mile radius, usually within 200-300 miles from terminal 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Freight / Load Type: steel products, building materials, pipe, lumber
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Equipment: Automatic trucks
	<li>Handling: Strap and tarp when needed. If you tarp more than 3 times per week there is a $75 bonus
	<li>Trucks have refrigerators and hook ups for microwaves.
	<li>Pet policy
	<li>Rider policy
	<li>Able to take the truck home 
	<li>NO oversized loads
</ul>
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>License: Class A 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Experience: 2 years driving, 1 year flatbed 
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
</ul>
CDL A  Driver Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate NON CDL vehicles on local routes 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Perform required handling tasks including strapping and tarping
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations    
</ul>
