<p>TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Yard Driver for a local, on-site opportunity in Patterson, California. This role focuses primarily on yard operations, with occasional trailer shuttles to Modesto and locations throughout the Bay Area. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment.</p>

  <li>Shuttle trailers between the Patterson facility, a Modesto warehouse, and Bay Area locations as needed.</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Operate a yard tractor and commercial vehicles safely within the facility and on public roadways when required.</li>
  <li>Couple and uncouple tractors and trailers.</li>
  <li>Chock trailers when positioned for loading or unloading.</li>
  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.</li>
  <li>Communicate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and management.</li>
  <li>Follow facility safety procedures and DOT requirements.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A CDL.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>
</ul>
