<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<p>This local CDL A driver role is based in East Syracuse, New York, pays $30 per hour, and is customer-facing. You will make about four stops per day across Central New York while hauling empty bottles and cans from retail and small local stores. This TransForce driving opportunity offers a local route with regular customer interaction and support from a dedicated TransForce team.</p>

<p>This role requires clear communication and strong basic customer service skills. Drivers must be able to lift and carry bags weighing up to 50 pounds.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>$30 per hour
	<li>Monday through Friday schedule
	<li>7:00 AM start time
	<li>Optional Saturday runs may be available during peak season. Saturdays after Memorial Day and July 4 are required.
	<li>Local work in East Syracuse, New York and Central New York
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Haul empty bottles and cans in 48-foot rail gate dry vans.
	<li>Pick up from retail stores and small local businesses across Central New York.
	<li>Identify and tag bags of bottles and cans.
	<li>Carry bags weighing up to 50 pounds and load them onto the trailer. Warehouse staff will unload the trailer.
	<li>Work directly with customers during each stop.

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
