CDL B Driver - Heavy Touch - $25.50 Per Hour - Columbus, Ohio
About the Position
We are currently seeking a CDL B Driver in Columbus, Ohio, offering a pay rate of $25.50 per hour. This position involves delivering medical equipment and supplies, primarily renal care supplies, to clinics and homes. The role emphasizes high-quality service and respect for clients.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour
- Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- May be required to start as early as 5:00 AM depending on route needs
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Freight: Medical equipment/supplies, including IV bags and medications
- Equipment: Delivery vehicles
- Handling: High touch delivery (white glove service) with delicate products
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medical equipment and supplies to patients, residences, hospitals, and clinics
- Ensure products arrive safely and timely
- Maintain care and attention to the safety of products during delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and respect for clients
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Valid CDL
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
