CDL A Yard Jockey And Shuttle Driver - $30 Per Hour - OT  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Biddeford, ME.

TTP:  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 6am Start time 

• Pay:  $30 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Local, 1-2 stops per day shuttling bottles/cans.  Also working in the yard/shuttling trailers

• Freight / Load Type: Bottles and cans 

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A  

• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport bottles and cans in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
