TransForce is seeking a CDL B Flatebed Driver to support local operations based in Elyria, OH. This is a temp to hire position 

 
CDL B Flatbed Driver Details 

<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Monday - Friday; 730 AM start time.
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Pay:  $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: Local
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Freight / Load Type: Roofing and Siding 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Equipment: Automatic trucks
	<li>Handling: Loading and unloading with forklift, pallet jack, strapping as well
</ul>
CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL B
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Experience: 6-12 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
</ul>
CDL B Driver Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Perform required handling tasks including offloading with forklift, pallet jack, as well as strapping.
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
</ul>
