CDL A Flatbed Driver | $25 Per Hour | Odessa, TX  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations based in Odessa, Texas. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7AM start 4PM end time

• Pay:  $25 Per Hour

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: electrical equipment 

• Equipment: flatbed, automatic truck

• Handling: loading and unloading, strap & tarping

CDL A Flatbed Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A Truck Driver

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Med card

• Equipment Experience: flatbed

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Flatbed Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate automatic Freightliner on local routes 

• Transport electrical equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including loading and unloading the truck, strap/tarp if needed 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and pulling heavy objects (could be 75lbs+)
