<h3>About the Position</h3>

We are seeking Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our team in Middlebury, IN. This position offers a pay rate of $28 per hour for 1st shift. Manual transmission and flatbed experience is required.

<h3>Pay & Schedule</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay: $28 per hour
	<li>Home daily with local and regional routes
	<li>Optional overnight runs available
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: Local Delivery
	<li>Freight: Flat aluminum stock, occasionally coils
	<li>Equipment: Flatbed and Conestoga trailers
	<li>Handling: Driver must strap or chain (no tarp)
	<li>Local runs approximately 150 miles
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate 2026 Kenworth 10-speed trucks
	<li>Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods
	<li>Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
	<li>Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Valid Class A CDL
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
	<li>Ability to operate flatbed and Conestoga equipment, and a manual transmission
</ul>
