CDL A and Non-CDL Drivers - Touch Freight - $20 - $24 Per Hour 

TransForce is seeking a CDL A & Non-CDL drivers to support local operations based in Jacksonville, FL.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A & Non-CDL Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Start and end times may vary and can include both day and night shift assignments.

• Pay:   $22–$23 per hour, depending on the assignment and the type of equipment involved.

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Driver will be required to assist with disassembling office furniture, loading items into the truck, transporting them to the new location, and unloading upon arrival.

• Equipment: Depends on the assignment

• Handling: Touch freight, loading/unloading, perform lifting tasks, operate or using tools as required.

CDL A & Non-CDL Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A & Non-CDL

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Equipment Experience: 1+ year of delivery experience, including hands-on freight handling

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A & Non-CDL Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A & Non-CDL equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A & Non-CDL equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including loading/unloading freight, perform lifting tasks, operate or using tools as required.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
