<p>We are currently seeking Non-CDL or CDL B Drivers for our client in Louisville, Kentucky. This position offers a pay rate of $22.66 per hour and involves delivering to grocery stores. </p>

<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>The Non-CDL/CDL B Driver will be responsible for delivering freight directly to grocery stores, ensuring timely and efficient service. The routes typically start between 6 PM and 7:30 PM and can involve shifts of up to 12 hours, depending on volume. This role requires handling touch freight, including palletized freight and carts.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $22.66 per hour
	<li>Schedule: Rotating schedules, 2-3 days off per week 
	<li>Shifts: Night shifts starting between 6 PM and 7:30 PM
</ul>

	<li>Freight: Touch freight
	<li>Equipment: 26-foot box truck with liftgate
	<li>Handling: Palletized freight and carts
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Deliver freight to grocery stores&apos; front doors
	<li>Handle palletized freight by taking totes off pallets and using a dolly
	<li>Use liftgate to transport carts into the back coolers
	<li>Return any empties as needed
	<li>Rotate weekends as part of a 7-day operation
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>Valid Driver&apos;s License or CDL B
	<li>Valid DOT Med card
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
