<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking experienced CDL A OTR drivers for long-term, flexible assignments transporting containerized freight from Florida to locations throughout the Northeast and along the East Coast. Drivers will primarily run consistent lanes serving repeat customers.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Pay rate: $0.56 per mile</li>
  <li>Weekly earning potential: Up to $1,400 per week</li>
  <li>Schedule: Over-the-road assignments requiring drivers to stay out for up to 12 days</li>
  <li>Hours: 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Anticipated start date: August 24, 2026</li>
  <li>Employment type: Temp-to-perm</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a tractor-trailer on OTR routes.</li>
  <li>Transport containerized freight between Florida and Northeast or East Coast destinations.</li>
  <li>Complete assigned routes and deliveries in accordance with applicable regulations.</li>
  <li>Perform required vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.</li>
  <li>Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and other transportation personnel.</li>
  <li>Protect cargo and equipment throughout each assignment.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A commercial driver’s license.</li>
  <li>4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Container experience preferred.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Ability to remain on the road for extended OTR assignments of up to 12 days.</li>
