CDL B Driver - Heavy Touch - $24.50 Per Hour - Raleigh, North Carolina

About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL B Driver for a local position in Raleigh, North Carolina. The driver will be responsible for delivering medical equipment and supplies, ensuring timely and safe delivery to clinics and homes.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• May be required to start as early as 5:00 AM depending on route needs

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Medical equipment and supplies, primarily renal care supplies including IV bags, medications, and some dialysis machines
• Handling: High-touch position with delicate products requiring care and attention
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Opportunity for Temp to Hire after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment and supplies to clinics and homes
• Ensure products arrive safely and timely to patients, residences, hospitals, and clinics
• Maintain utmost respect for clients during deliveries

Minimum Requirements

• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Valid CDL B
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
