CDL A Shuttle Driver | Minimum $510 Per Run | Albertville, AL

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Albertville, AL. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Shuttle Driver Details 

• Schedule: Times/Days will vary depending on when the manufacturer releases
• Pay:  $510 per day plus $62 per layover
• Route Type: Sleeper run to Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Nebraska, Missouri, or Texas
• Freight / Load Type: Automotive parts
• Handling: No touch freight, Drop & Hook

CDL A Shuttle Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
• Endorsements: None
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
• Perform required handling tasks 
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
• Meet the physical demands of the role
