Local CDL A Truck Drivers - $29.50 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in St. Peters, MO. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule:  Start times between 11pm - 4am depending on route. All dispatch will be received by 3pm each day day to day start times will not be adjusted by more than 2 hours. 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week

• Pay: $29.50 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours 

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Medical supplies and equipment 

• Equipment: Tractor trailer and box truck

• Handling:  Heavy Touch, electric pallet jack, two wheel dolly and liftgate to load/unload

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport medical supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including electric pallet jack and two wheel dolly 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
