CDL A Yard Hostler - $23 Per Hour - PM Shift 
 
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in San Antonio, TX. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

 
CDL A Details 

<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Start times Vary (Must be flexible)
	<li>Pay: $23 Per hour
	<li>Start Time: 6 PM to 5:30 AM
	<li>Route Type: Local
	<li>Freight / Load Type: Refrigerated goods
	<li>Equipment: Trailers are equipped with lift gates
	<li>Handling: Some touch freight, using an electric pallet jack to load/unload
</ul>

 
CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL A
	<li>Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
	<li>Endorsements: None
	<li>Equipment Experience: Must have yard hostler experience and experience using an electric pallet jack
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
</ul>

 
CDL A Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 
	<li>Transport refrigerated goods in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
	<li>Perform required handling tasks, including loading and unloading using an electric pallet jack, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role
</ul>
