<p>TransForce is seeking an experienced <strong>CDL A Driver</strong> to support local operations based in <strong>Lacey, WA</strong>. This is a <strong>temp-to-hire opportunity</strong> offering consistent Monday–Friday work, local routes, automatic equipment, and primarily drop-and-hook, no-touch freight.</p>

<h3>About the Position</h3>

<p>This position involves local truckload deliveries between customer facilities and the plant, with an average shift of 8–10 hours and expected hours of 50+ per week.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

    <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until completion</li>
    <li><strong>Average Shift:</strong> 8–10 hours</li>
    <li><strong>Expected Hours:</strong> 50+ hours per week</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
    <li>Handle local truckload deliveries between customer facilities and the plant</li>
    <li>Pick up trailers at customer locations and deliver them to the plant</li>
    <li>Deliver trailers containing repaired pallets back to customer facilities</li>
    <li>Perform primarily drop-and-hook operations</li>
    <li>Complete required paperwork verifying pallet delivery and retrieval</li>
    <li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate ELD logs and required DOT documentation</li>
    <li>Operate equipment safely and in accordance with DOT, FMCSA, and company standards</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

<ul>
    <li>Valid CDL A license</li>
    <li>4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Dry van and flatbed experience preferred</li>
    <li>TWIC card highly preferred, but not required</li>
    <li>No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years</li>
    <li>Must successfully complete required qualification and road testing</li>
    <li>Must be able to safely maneuver tractor-trailer equipment in customer and plant environments</li>
