CDL A Flatbed Driver | $26 hr Plus OT | Bruceton Mills, WV

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations based in Bruceton Mills, WV. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Flatbed Driver Details 
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri (occasional Saturday), 6 am start time, 8- 14-hour shifts, home daily
  • Pay: $26/hr + OT
  • Route Type: Local, 2-3 stops within a 100-mile radius
  • Freight / Load Type: Delivering palletized mulch, rock, and soil
  • Equipment: Automatic and Manual trucks are available at the request of the driver
  • Handling: No Touch, only strapping. The truck is loaded and unloaded for the driver

CDL A Flatbed Driver Minimum Requirements:  
  • License: CDL A
  • Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
  • Equipment Experience: 2 years of flatbed experience required
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Flatbed Driver Responsibilities:  
  • Safely operate equipment on local routes 
  • Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
  • Perform required handling tasks
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping
