Local, Home Daily CDL A Driver $28/hr. + OT + Benefits

Location: Springfield, IL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28/hour (Overtime after 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Kenworth automatic truck with a 53 ft reefer trailer
• Transport and deliver produce/food products to designated locations
• Complete 5–6 stops per day across assigned routes
• Unload products using an electronic pallet jack
• Accurately maintain logs 
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Operations

Schedule & Routes

• Work Days: Mon - Fri with occasional Saturday 
• Shift Start: As early as 3:00 AM (route dependent)
• Hours: 8–12 hours per day

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Clean MVR (no violations in the past 5 years)
• Ability to safely handle unloading with equipment
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong reliability and time management skills
