<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Spotter/Driver to support local operations in Duncan, South Carolina. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay: $29 per hour
	<li>Overtime: Paid after 40 hours
	<li>Schedule: Friday through Tuesday
	<li>Start time: 5:00 a.m.
	<li>Shift length: 10–12 hours
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route type: Local
	<li>Weekend assignment: Spotting for four hours on Saturday and four hours on Sunday
	<li>Remaining scheduled shifts: Driving
	<li>Equipment: CDL A equipment and yard-switching equipment
	<li>Handling: No-touch freight

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

	<li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes and in the yard
	<li>Perform yard-switching and spotting duties
	<li>Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and safety standards
	<li>Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

	<li>Valid CDL Class A license
	<li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>Recent yard-switching experience
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
