<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a professional Class B Delivery Driver for a local position. This role combines driving and warehouse responsibilities, delivering pipe, valves, and fittings while providing dependable, customer-focused service.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay rate: $28.50 per hour
	<li>Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route type: Local deliveries
	<li>Delivery area: The farthest delivery is approximately two hours from the work location
	<li>Freight: Pipe, valves, fittings, and related materials
	<li>Driving and warehouse split: Approximately 70% driving and 30% warehouse work
	<li>Equipment: F-250 pickup, F-550 flatbed, and automatic International flatbed
	<li>Handling: Touch delivery, including loading, unloading, securing, picking, packing, receiving, and shelving materials
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Deliver materials according to scheduled delivery times.
	<li>Confirm directions and plan efficient delivery routes.
	<li>Unload or assist with unloading materials at delivery locations.
	<li>Properly secure all materials and remain within applicable weight limits.
	<li>Deliver tickets with shipments and obtain customer signatures.
	<li>Verify that all materials have been unloaded and placed at the delivery site.
	<li>Process customer returns and confirm products match credit requests.
	<li>Pick up local purchase orders and return required paperwork.
	<li>Review delivered orders for completion and accuracy.
	<li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
	<li>Fuel vehicles as needed and report vehicle defects or operational concerns.
	<li>Maintain communication with the supervisor throughout the workday.
	<li>Assist with warehouse duties, including picking, packing, receiving, and shelving materials.
	<li>Comply with all applicable Department of Transportation standards and regulations.
	<li>Provide professional customer service and represent the organization positively.
	<li>Follow all applicable safety rules, policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
	<li>Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old.
	<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
	<li>Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
