<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<p>This is a CDL A Driver position based in Salem, Oregon, offering a pay rate of $28.00 per hour. This is a temp to perm opportunity with real support from a dedicated TransForce team to help you succeed.</p>

<p>All drivers must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, have at least 1 year of experience, and be at least 21 years old.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour
	<li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
	<li>Overtime expected depending on business needs
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Driving a freightliner or F250 pickup and flatbed trailer to deliver materials, primarily hauling pipe, iron fittings, and valves.
	<li>Performing warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and general housekeeping.
	<li>Ensuring cargo is properly secured and within weight limits.
	<li>Communicating with your supervisor throughout the day and validating delivery directions.
	<li>Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Must have sit down forklift experience
	<li>Smartphone savvy
	<li>Customer service skills with a friendly personality
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
