<strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves local delivery and shuttles to warehouses within a 100-mile radius of Nashville. The role is customer-oriented with 95% no-touch freight, although drivers may be asked to assist with unloading if requested by the customer.</p>

<strong>Pay & Schedule Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $26 per hour
	<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 6 AM
	<li>Shifts: 6-8 hours in the winter season; 8-10 hours in the summer months
	<li>Weekly Hours: 40-50 hours
</ul>

<strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: Local delivery
	<li>Freight: General freight, primarily dry van with some flatbed
	<li>Equipment: Manual transmission vehicles
	<li>Handling: Mostly drop and hook, with minimal touch freight
</ul>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely deliver palletized freight, completing deliveries and return trips per shift.
	<li>Perform required handling tasks
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role
</ul>

<strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>Able to drive a manual transmission
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Experience with dry van and flatbed in the last 5 years
	<li>Consistent work history preferred
</ul>
