CDL A Dry Van - $26 Per Hour  - $1,000 - $1,375 Per Week

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Kankakee, IL.
 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Must be flexible 3am - 6am Start time, Monday - Friday w/occasional Saturday required for O/T

• Pay: $26 Per Hour, $1,000 - $1,375 per week

• Route Type: Local

• Equipment: Newer Mack & International trucks (automatics), 53’ dry vans

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
