About the Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Shuttle Driver for local delivery in Wichita, KS. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour and involves operating company-owned and leased vehicles to deliver merchandise safely and efficiently.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $25 Per Hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and leased vehicles safely while delivering merchandise to customers.
• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise on trucks.
• Perform daily operational maintenance and safety checks; report results and malfunctions of equipment to supervisor.
• Obtain signatures upon delivery and pickup tickets and note any discrepancies.
• Follow assigned scheduling and routing of deliveries, making deliveries on time as scheduled.
• Learn and operate truck routing software program.
• Communicate shortages of merchandise through proper channels to ensure accurate billing.
• Practice and adhere to established safety rules and policies.
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory as required.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Valid CDL A license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent education and related experience.
• Experience operating distribution-warehouse material-handling equipment preferred.
