<p>We are assisting our client, a readymix concrete operation in Central Square, NY, in finding experienced CDL B drivers for direct hire. This is a home daily position paying $28-$34/hr depending on experience, with routes staying within 1 hour of the plant in the Syracuse area.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

    <li>Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00/hr depending on experience</li>
    <li>Weekly pay</li>
</ul>
<ul>
    <li>Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday (once or twice a year)</li>
    <li>Typical start time: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM, may vary based on business demand</li>
    <li>Hours: 8-10 hours per day</li>
    <li>Home daily</li>
</ul>

    <li>Occasionally working from other plants within the Syracuse network</li>
    <li>Verifying material is properly mixed with correct slump before leaving the plant</li>
    <li>Operating front discharge and rear discharge readymix concrete trucks</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Valid CDL B</li>
    <li>Readymix concrete experience preferred; other experienced truck drivers will be considered and trained</li>
    <li>Manual transmission experience preferred</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
