Job Details

We're helping our client, a readymix concrete operation in Central Square, NY, find experienced CDL B drivers for direct hire. This is a home daily position paying $32-$40/hr depending on experience, with routes staying within 1 hour of the plant in the Syracuse area.

Pay

	<li>Weekly pay

Schedule

<ul>
	<li>Monday through Friday, occasional Saturday (once or twice a year)
	<li>Typical start time 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM, may vary based on business demand
	<li>8-10 hours per day
	<li>Home daily
</ul>

What You'll Be Doing

<ul>
	<li>Hauling readymix concrete within 1 hour of the base plant in the Syracuse, NY area
	<li>Occasionally working from other plants within the Syracuse network
	<li>Verifying material is properly mixed with correct slump before leaving the plant
	<li>Operating front discharge and rear discharge readymix concrete trucks
</ul>

What You Need

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL B
	<li>Readymix concrete experience preferred — other experienced truck drivers will be considered and trained
	<li>Manual transmission experience preferred
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
